⦁ The team has been working closely with the authorities to provide a safe and enjoyable environment that complies with the law and the most up to date guidance.
⦁ These events are taking place at a time of restrictions that you are required to follow. This includes remaining seated, following on way systems and maintaining social distancing when outside your groups. There will also be limitations on noise as raised voices, shouting and singing are not allowed to reduce the risk of passing on Covid.
⦁ We wanted to let you know about some important measures that are in place throughout the venue.
⦁ Hands – there will be hand sanitisation points throughout the venue and we will be cleaning all touch points regularly
⦁ Face – masks must be worn when moving around the venue but you do not need to wear your mask when you are seated in your pod
⦁ Space – You must remain socially distanced from people not in your group, including in queues and the one-way systems within the venue
⦁ Seating – Your seating is your own space where you can be seated with your group. Standing, dancing and moving between seats is not permitted at this stage
⦁ Track and trace – Everyone entering the venue is required to register with track and trace. We are using the Government’s track a trace service and you will be asked to scan the QR on arrival.
⦁ Our team are on hand to provide any help and information you need. They are also responsible for making sure the venue operates in accordance with the law. Please pay attention to our team and follow their instructions.
⦁ Plan ahead and think about the safest way to travel. Wear masks unless exempt on public transport and in taxis. At the end of the day we will be asking people to leave in a managed way to allow a steady flow and to help maintain social distancing.

We have a number of bars onsite selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Nu Future operates the ‘Challenge 21’ policy. If you look under 21 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age when you buy alcohol. Please bring proof of ID to show you are over 18.

Please enjoy alcohol responsibly.

If you lose something at a Nu Future event please inform a member of staff or security to reclaim anything that has been found.
After the event, you will need to email [email protected] on any found items. Collection is by appointment only, please wait until you have confirmation that we have your item, before coming to collect.
PLEASE NOTE – items will only be kept 2 weeks after the event, when it will then be given to local charities.
No food or drink of any description is permitted into the event.
There is a variety of food stalls onsite offering a wide range of food including vegetarian and vegan options. There will be table service selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You must be over 18 years of age to purchase alcohol.

⦁ Seating and pod allocation is on a first come first serve basis.
⦁ Standing, dancing and moving between seats is not currently permitted at this stage due to government guidelines.
⦁ General admission tickets for the pitch and stalls will be assigned only upon arrival, so if you want to sit closer to the stage we advise arriving early.
⦁ The event seating is laid out in pods on the pitch and pods in the stadium seats – all socially distanced.
⦁ Please arrive to the event in your complete group.
⦁ The best seat in the house are the back stage pods. Backstage will be seated behind the barrier either side of the stage. You can upgrade here:-

If your event date is cancelled due to Covid we will try to rearrange the date. We will then offer you the choice of a ticket on the rearranged date or a full refund at your option.
COVID-19 Hertfordshire event testing messaging for websites
1 in 3 people with coronavirus don’t show any symptoms.
Rapid tests are free tests for people who do not have any symptoms. They’re also known as lateral flow tests. You get your test results in 60 minutes.
Event attendees should be completing rapid testing to ensure their safety at the event.
1 week before the event -> Test twice weekly with one test within 48 hours of the event
1 week after the event -> Test twice weekly
Ongoing after the event -> Continue to test twice weekly

Lateral Flow Tests are easy to use and can give results in 30 minutes. If you receive a positive LFD result, you and everyone you live with must self-isolate immediately for 10 days – you will be unable to attend the event. You should arrange your confirmatory PCR within 48 hours by booking online or via 119.
If you test negative, you should continue to follow the preventative measures currently recommended for stopping the spread of the virus. To protect yourself and others, you must remember: Hands. Face. Space. Fresh Air.
